Is Coaching a type of Therapy?
Coaching is more focused on helping you achieve your future goals, while psychotherapy tends to have more of a past and present focus. The focus in psychotherapy is more on healing from the past, while the focus in coaching is more on getting you to where you wish to be next.
What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
A coach takes the approach of helping you improve a desired area in your life. A consultant takes a more specialized hands-on approach, providing specific solutions for your business or your business team.
How long do sessions typically last?
Counseling and Coaching session typically last 55 minutes. Consultation services are based on the type of services that are being rendered and the amount of staff that will require training.
